Returns & Delivery Policy

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@smartpeakflow.com and a member of our Customer Services team will reply to discuss as per the conditions listed below:

Cancellations

If you decide you don’t want to keep the product, to be eligible for refund, products returned to us must be in an acceptable condition; this means that they must be complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging and unbroken seal. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken and the package opened. You will be responsible for the return postage and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will inspect the device upon return and refund the full invoice value as long as the product is in acceptable condition. Please download and fill in the Returns Form and send back to us with the packing list and device.

Faulty Products

If upon opening your parcel you find that any of your items have arrived damaged or broken, please do not return the items to us. Just e mail a photo of the damaged goods, a copy of the packing list and the completed Returns Form within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery to info@smartpeakflow.com We will then contact you to arrange for a replacement to be sent out at the earliest convenience or refund the purchase price in full.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the card used to pay for the original order. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details. We aim to action refunds within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods.

Warranty

SMART PEAK FLOW is guaranteed for 2 years of use. The warranty is effective from the first time of use and must be proven by an invoice or sales receipt. The device must be checked at the time of purchase, or upon delivery, and any claims must be made immediately in writing to the manufacturer.
This warranty covers the repair or the replacement (at the discretion of the manufacturer) of the product or of the defective parts without charge for the parts or for the labour.
The product warranty shall not apply, at the discretion of the manufacturer, in the following cases:
  • Improper handling, improper installation, improper operation of the device, or if the installation does not comply with local technical or safety regulations
  • Use of the product for purposes other than those provided or failure to follow instructions
  • Repair, adaptation, modification or tampering by third party
  • Damage caused by lack of or incorrect maintenance
  • Damage caused by abnormal physical or electrical stress
The repair or replacement described in this warranty is provided for goods returned at the customers’ expense to certified service centres authorized by the manufacturer. For details of these centres please contact either your local supplier or the manufacturer. Any unauthorized opening of the device invalidates all guarantee claims.
The customer shall be responsible for all transport, customs and delivery charges regarding the goods. Each product, or accessory, sent in for repair must be accompanied by a clear and detailed explanation of the fault. Forwarding to the manufacturer requires the written permission of the manufacturer itself.
The manufacturer – Smart Respiratory Products Ltd. – reserves the right to replace the product or make any changes deemed necessary.
Keep the original packaging! If your product has a problem, use the original packaging to return it.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by users failing to follow the instructions contained in the user manual.

Shipping and Deliveries

Every effort will be made to dispatch the products within 3 to 5 working days after your order has been accepted.

Shipping is GBP £3.50 for one SMART PEAK FLOW device and GBP £5 for two SMART PEAK FLOW devices to anywhere in the world. Any additional items such as Replacement Mouthpiece and Adaptor will be included at no extra shipping cost.

For non-EU deliveries please note that any local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
